A record year, driven by the renewed trust of our clients, the strong engagement of our collaborators, and a context in which organizational resilience has never been more strategic.
Over the past months, we had the privilege of supporting many organizations — both new clients and long-standing partners — through high-value mandates.
🔸Several dozen plans were implemented or updated, including:
- Business Continuity Plans (BCP)
- IT Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP)
- Crisis Management Plans (CMP)
- Crisis Communication Plans (CCP)
- Fire Safety Plans (FSP)
- Emergency Measures Plans (EMP)
🔸Dozens of training sessions, exercises and simulations were also delivered to strengthen team preparedness, test plans and enhance response capabilities in complex situations.
🔸Our team was invited as guest speakers at multiple conferences and expert panels, both in person and online, and participated in various industry conferences and trade shows, with an exhibitor booth, to engage with key stakeholders across the ecosystem.
🔸Our media presence also increased significantly: interviews, articles, specialized magazines and social media. Throughout the year, we became a go-to reference for journalists on current issues related to business continuity, crisis management and resilience.
🔸Our specialized collaborators were mobilized on numerous complex mandates, directly contributing to project success and the results delivered to our clients.
🔸Within our community, the company’s LinkedIn page experienced growth of nearly 800 followers, now approaching 5,000 followers — a significant milestone for a firm of our size.
🔸More than 156 publications were shared across our website and social media platforms, including many practical articles offering concrete tips and insights to strengthen organizational resilience. These contents generated over 8 million views, across all platforms combined.
🔸Finally, 2025 was also marked by a special recognition: Benoit Racette received the “2025 Contributor of the Year Award”, recognizing his significant contribution to the advancement of business continuity, crisis management and resilience in Canada.
