A word from the company owner
| I created my company with enthusiasm and hard work. Our culture is based on values in which I deeply believe, such as reliability, respect, transparency, integrity, customer orientation, team spirit, continuous training and the creation of winning conditions for our clients, our resources and our employees.
I have been working in the field of business continuity, emergency preparedness, crisis management, IT disaster recovery and resiliency for more than 25 years. In that time, I have not only implemented, advised and validated plans within a wide variety of organizations , I have also had the opportunity to coordinate and manage several incidents, crisis situations, real or apprehended large-scale incidents such as the COVID-19 pandemic (2020-21), the Paris attacks (2015), and the high tides in the Gaspé/Lower St. Lawrence (2010), the G20 Summit in Toronto (2010), the H1N1 influenza pandemic (2009-10), the Dawson College shooting (2006), the North American power outage (2003), the SARS outbreak (2003), the Y2K and the strike at Canada Post (1997). All these experiences have allowed me to develop a solid expertise that I put into practice with each client. I also share this expertise in conferences as a guest speaker.
