   As a company specializing in improving the resilience of organizations and communities, we recognize our responsibility toward the ecological well-being of our planet and the environmental impacts of our actions and behaviours. Benoit Racette Services-conseils inc. is committed to conducting its activities while taking into consideration sustainable development, the energy transition and the reduction of its environmental footprint in the course of its operations and business strategies.

   To integrate and apply the principles of sustainable development within the Company’s mission and to consider environmental issues in our business decisions and activities.
3. Guiding Principle
   Benoit Racette Services-conseils inc. considers the fight against climate change in its economic, community and social activities while promoting measures aimed at reducing and managing its environmental footprint across all of its operations.
4. Scope
   This Policy applies to the activities of Benoit Racette Services-conseils inc., as well as to its collaborators, external consultants, subcontractors and business partners when they are involved in the Company’s activities. The President of the Company is responsible for ensuring the responsible management of environmental impacts, including the implementation of the initiatives and measures defined in this Policy.
5. Commitments
   • Comply with applicable legal requirements in all jurisdictions in which we operate. 
   • Manage and reduce the environmental footprint of our own activities and supply chain. 
   • Promote a circular economy approach for assets and equipment in order to prevent them from ending up in landfills, including through recycling initiatives. 
   • Promote the extension of the useful life of technological equipment whenever compatible with security, performance and operational requirements. 
   • Promote, where appropriate, approaches and service delivery methods that reduce the environmental impacts associated with professional activities. 
   • Promote the use of digital documents and paperless processes whenever possible. 
   • Promote remote work arrangements (teleworking). 
   • Promote virtual meetings such as videoconferencing and teleconferencing. 
   • Promote the use of public transportation where appropriate. 
   • Optimize business travel. 
   • Promote the selection of general goods and technological equipment that reduce environmental impacts during their use, including energy efficiency considerations. 
   • Limit the use of paper in our business practices.
6. Updates to the Environmental Policy
   We reserve the right to modify this Environmental Policy at any time and to publish it on our Website at our sole discretion, without prior notice or obligation to you or any other person. If we make changes to this Environmental Policy, we will update the revision date appearing at the top of this document.
7. Original Version Prevails
   The French version of this Environmental Policy constitutes the original version and shall prevail over any translated version. In the event of any discrepancy, translation error or interpretation issue resulting from an inaccurate translation, the French version shall prevail and shall be considered the official version.
