Difference between awareness and training
  • Awareness aims to inform all employees, partners and suppliers of the recovery measures and timeframes set out in the plans. We’re talking about general information.
  • The purpose of the training is to impart knowledge and ensure the development of adequate skills for employees with roles and responsibilities in a business continuity, emergency measures, crisis management and technological succession plan, while building confidence and mastery of what they will have to do.

We can help you plan and deliver training and awareness sessions adapted to your needs. In addition, our trainers are certified by the “Commission des partenaires du marché du travail” of the Government of Quebec. This certification is one of the means of facilitating the accounting of training expenditure for the purposes of the “Loi sur les compétences”.
